The contest rules are available from Realnewtech upon request.

Contest procedure:

1. Applications are received – Companies that wish to enter the contest must send their application to the Selection Committee. This document, which must not exceed one page, must be received before 30 September 2015.
2. Finalists are selected – The Selection Committee reviews the applications and selects the eight finalists by 15 October.
3. Innovations are presented to the public – On 4 November, at 5:00 pm, the finalists will explain their innovations in less than five minutes and will answer questions from the judges panel for three minutes.
4. The winner is selected – When all presentations have been made, the judges panel will convene and select the winner. The awards ceremony will be held in the Balcony 2 Hall at 6:30 pm.

The finalists and the winner will be entitled to use the contest logo on their communication materials.

Contestants and finalists will be issued two badges that will enable them to enter the RENT show. Finalists will be given a place at a dedicated stand at the contest.

All French and foreign companies that wish to compete must have been founded after 1 January 2014.

Innovations must be operational when the contest application is sent in (step 1).

The innovation must be a service that is intended for real estate professionals (i.e. estate agent, property manager, developer or commercial property specialist) and involve the marketing or management of real estate.

The decisions of the Selection Committee and judges panel cannot be contested.
